GuidePost Technologies provides the following categories of services to businesses in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and across Alberta:
Managed IT Services — Proactive monitoring, helpdesk support, system management, patch management, and ongoing IT support delivered under a service agreement.
Cybersecurity Services — Endpoint protection, threat monitoring, security assessments, employee training, and related cybersecurity solutions.
Cloud Computing — Microsoft 365 setup and management, cloud migration, cloud storage configuration, and hybrid environment management.
Network Installation and Design — Business network design, structured cabling, WiFi setup, VLANs, VPN configuration, and related infrastructure work.
Data Backup and Recovery — Backup system design, implementation, monitoring, and disaster recovery planning.
Web Services — Website design, website development, on-site search engine optimization (SEO), and off-site SEO advice and recommendations.
All services are scoped and agreed upon with the client prior to commencement, either verbally or in writing. All payment is handled directly by phone or on-site — no payment information is collected through this website.
2.1 Project Scope and Changes
Changes to agreed scope requested after work has begun may result in additional fees and revised timelines, which will be communicated before proceeding.
2.2 Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access credentials, content, and approvals required to complete any engagement. GuidePost accepts no liability for delays caused by failure to provide required materials.
2.3 SEO Services
GuidePost provides on-site SEO implementation and off-site SEO advice based on current best practices. SEO results are not guaranteed. Search engine algorithms change frequently and ranking outcomes depend on factors outside GuidePost’s control, including algorithm updates, competitor activity, and domain authority. GuidePost does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes from SEO services.
2.4 Website Ownership
Upon full payment for web design and development services, the client owns the final delivered website and its content. GuidePost retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or processes used in delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.5 Third-Party Platforms
Services may involve third-party platforms including WordPress, hosting providers, Microsoft 365, and other tools. GuidePost is not responsible for the terms, policies, availability, or performance of third-party platforms. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions with third-party services.
3. Website Use

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, or federal laws or regulations.
